【摘要】 应用放射免疫分析法（RIA）测定了用催产素治疗奶牛持久黄体和黄体囊肿前后的乳汁孕酮（P₄）水平,并对催产素溶黄体的机理作了探讨。依据临床症状和乳汁P₄水平≥2ng/ml的标准,确定了37头患持久黄体或黄体囊肿的黑白花泌乳奶牛。试验分为两组, 第一组（31头）,肌注400I.U.催产素,分两次或四次给予,间隔两小时一次。第二组（6头）,一次肌注4mg15甲基前列腺素F_2α(15甲基PGF_2α)。结果表明: 注射药物前24小时,第一、二组乳汁P₄水平分别为8.30±1.18和8.75±1.71ng/ml;注射药物后乳汁P₄最低水平分别为1.83±0.55和1.35±0.71ng/ml,均极显著地低于注射前24小时的水平（P<0.01）。更多还原

【Abstract】 The level of milk progesterone ( P4 ) in cows with persistent corpus luteam ( PCL ) and luteal cyst ( LC) during oxytocin-therapy was determined by radioimmunoassay ( RIA ).The mechanism of oxytocin induced luteolysis in the cow also discussed.Thirty seven lactating holstein cows with PCL or LC were divided into 2 groups.Cows in group 1 (31 cases ) were given intramuscularly 400 I.U.oxytocin,which were divided into 2 or 4 equal doses and given at 2 h intervals.Cows in group 2(6 cases ) were given intramuscularly 4 mg 15 methyl-PGF2α.The levels of milk P4 for group 1 and group 2 at 24 h before injection were 8.30±1.18 and 8.75±1.17ng/ml respectively,and levels were shifted to 1.83±0.55 and 1.35±0.71 ng/ml respectively after injection.The values after injection were significatly lower than those before injection(P<0.01).更多还原
