味精发酵过程微机控制系统的设计
A DESIGN OF COMPUTER CONTROL SYSTEM FOR THE PROCESS OF FERMENT OF SODIUM GLUTAMATE
【摘要】 本文提出了对谷氨酸钠(味精)发酵过程微机控制系统软件的设计方案。论述了该系统软件的设计思想和结构。此软件采用时间控制与条件控制相结合的方式,实现了对罐温、罐压、pH值、通风量、排气中CO2的含量、光密度和溶解氧等的自动检测和调节。
【Abstract】 In this paper,we propose a microcomputer control software design proposalsfor fementation of sodium glutamate and narrate the thoughts of the softwaredesign and its structure.By joining the timing control up with the conditioncontrol,it will realize the automatic detection and adjustment of the temperatureof the pot,the pressure of the pot,the pH value,the ventilation quantity,theCO2 content in exhoust,the optical density,the dissolived oxygen and so on.
