用微生物方法将木糖转化为酒精的研究

【摘要】 用酶异构和酵母发酵法从木糖生产酒精,是阔叶木和草类纤维原料半纤维素利用的一条可行途径。木糖溶液在异构酶的作用下,部分转化为木酮糖。JⅠ和JⅡ这两个酵母菌种利用木酮糖生产酒精较有前途,其中JⅡ的酒精产率可达理论产率的85%以上。甘蔗渣预水解液通过净化、酶异构之后,用JⅠ、JⅡ、Rasse XⅡ和古巴Ⅱ酵母进行发酵,四个菌种都能产生酒精,JⅠ和JⅡ的酒精产量比Rasse XⅡ和古巴Ⅱ高一倍左右。

【Abstract】 Production of ethanol from xylose by enzymic isomerization andyeast fermentatiion is a new pathway for the utilization of hard-wood hemicellulose and nonwood hemicellulose.Xylose in an aqueoussolution was partly converted to xylulose(11.7%)by glucose iso-merase.The formed xylulose was then ermented to ethanol by yea-sts.JⅠ and JⅡ were the most promising strains for ethanol produ-ction from xylulose among the tested.Ethanol yield was over 95%of the thetretical one with JⅡ. Ethanol was also produced frombagasse hydrolysate which was purified and isomerized previously.JⅠ and JⅡ were found to be superior to RasseXⅡ and CubaⅡ forthey produced double amount of ethanol of the latter ones.Theequilibrium of the isomerization reaction was unfavorable towardthe formation of xylulose and the process is to be improved beforeit can be used commercially.
