【Abstract】 In this paper, the material sources of anther culture of wheat, constituents of culture medium, method of chromosome doubling etc had been systmeatically researched. Through the chromosome doubling of pollen plant, field screening, regional tests and demonstration, a new variety of winter what-Hua Pei 2321. with good characters, high yield, high rehstance to streeses, early mature and wide adaptability had been breeded.
