氮离子重叠注强化精密轴承表面的研究
Study of Strengthening Precise Bearing Surface by Nitrogen Ion Overlap-Implantation
【摘要】 采用氮离子重叠注入法强化GC_r15钢试样及精密轴承套圈,AES-PRO分析表明,这种工艺能充分提高实际注入基体的氮原子数量和深度均匀性.显微硬度、Timken磨损试验及推力片接触疲劳试验说明,注入表面得到较大的强化;而精密轴承套圈的尺寸精度和粗糙度均不受影响.本文还利用AES-PRO及XPS谱图和X射线衍射谱,分析了氮离子注入强化的机制.
【Abstract】 The GCr15 steel samples and precise bearings were overlap-implanted by nitrogen ions with different energies and dosages.AES-PRO analysis show that this implanting technology can effectively increase the amount of implanted nitrogen and improve the homogeneity along the depth. The data obtained from the tests for micro-hardness, Timken wear and contact fatigue lifetime of thrust bearing washers illustrate that the surface implanted have been strengthened while the size precision and surface fineness of precise bearings are still kept. The strengthening mechanism of nitrogen ion implanttaion is also investigated by AES-PRO, XPS-PRO and X-ray diffraction analyses.
