(二)丁亚砜的合成及其萃取性能的研究
The synthesis of dibutyl sulfoxide and its extracting characteristics
【摘要】 本文通过正交试验,得到用过硼酸钠(SP)将二丁基硫醚(DBS)氧化成(二)丁亚砜的最佳反应条件为:DBS:SP=1:1.2,时间为3小时,温度为45℃。收率达94%以上。同时还对石油亚砜、(二)丁亚砜等对钼的萃取性能进行了研究。
【Abstract】 By the crosscut test done the optimum reaction conditions for the oxidation of dibutylsulfide （DBS） to dibutyl sulfoxide with sodium perborate have been ascertained as thefollowing: （1） DBS:NaBO3·4H2O=1: 1. 2; （2） the reaction time taken is about 3 hours;（3） the temperature wanted is 45℃. The yield is over 94%. In addition, the characteristicof extracting molydenum with petroleum sulfoxides, dibutyl sulfoxide etc. as extractantswas studied.
