【Abstract】 Authors modified the analytical method for the determination of the content of capsaicin in capsaicum.The extra of blank tube was used for the sake of elimination of color interferance;the concentration of solution of sodium carbo- nate was changed in order to moderate the operating condition and prevent precipitate from being appeared under low temperature.The modified method has many advantages:simplicity and convenience,high speed operation and excel- lence in reappearance.更多还原
