B30/QTS爆炸复合板焊接接头断裂行为的研究

【摘要】 为了探讨铜合金(B30)+调质钢(QTS)爆炸复合板焊接接头的断裂行为,制备了带各种裂纹取向的多组COD 试样进行试验。结果表明:对于裂纹平面平行或倾斜于结合界面而裂纹前沿在界面处或在其近傍的试样,其韧度值与裂纹尖端所在的那层金属本身的韧度值有不同程度的增减。文章提出的“界面附近裂纹尖端塑性区畸变”模型可以解释这些试验结果。对于裂纹平面垂直于结合界面的试样,除了趋于构成平面应力的原因外,认为“裂纹抑制”作用的另一个重要原因是复合界面处金属的剪切破坏。利用扫描电镜断口分析能够观察到这种剪切现象。

【Abstract】 In order to study the fracture behaviour of the welded joint of explosive B30 (?)alloy clad QT-steel plate,many types of COD specimens with various crack-directionwere prepared and tested.From the test results,it is concluded that for the specimensof which the crack-plane is parallel or inclined to joint interface and the crack-tipis at or in the vicinity of the interface,the toughness values will be decreased orincreased in different amounts as compared to those of the metal layer which thecrack-tip is located in.Thus a hypothesis model named“Crack-tip plastic-zonc ab-normal development model”was proposed and for those specimens of which the crack-plane is perpendicular to the interface,the main cause of“crack-arresting action” isconsidered to be the shearing of the metal at the clad interface,besides the formationof plane-stress state.This phenomenon can be observed by SEM fractography.
