NOx湿法治理的研究及应用

【摘要】 在双搅拌釜内,以水、碱液及碱液加不同还原剂等吸收NO_X,测定传质特性,从传质—反应过程出发,探讨了NO_x吸收过程的机理。并对气、液相物理传质系数、碱液浓度及不同还原剂、氧化度等诸因素的影响进行了研究,得到了一些结果。此外,还在串球塔中对上述结果进行了核对,串球塔所得结果能与双搅拌釜数据的积分值较好吻合。应用筛选出的还原性碱液吸收剂,对电镀工业含NO_x废气进行现场治理,取得了较满意的实用效果。

【Abstract】 The mechanism of absorption of NO_x was investigated on the basis of masstranster and chemical reaction. The characteristic of mass-transfer in terms of the absorption rate of NO_x in water, sodium hydroxide and solutions containing several kinds of reductant etc. in a double-agitated cell was determined. The effect of coeffocient of physical mass-transfer in gas and liquid phases, the concentration of sodium hydroxide solutions, the reductants and of the degree of oxidization on the absorption process was also studied. The results in the double-agitated-cell were obtained and then tested in a string-of-spheres. The results obtained from the string-of-spheres are in good agreement with the invested data obtained in the double-agitated-cell. The selected sodium hydroxide solution, as on absorbent, to treat the waste gas containing NO_x in electrophating industry satisfactorily.
