【摘要】 本文根据废船拆解过程的特点,比较详细地分析了我国拆船行业目前存在的污染环境、严重影响环境质量的各种因素,包括生物污染的潜在危险、含油污废水、石油气、有毒烟气以及固体废弃物的排放等;提出了对该行业环境污染进行综合防治的重点应是建立并健全环境管理体制,通过全面规划调整布局,成立专门的废船洗舱及油污水处理机构,组织防污染技术经验交流以及加强排污费征收工作等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based upon the featurcs in process of scrapping vessel disassembling, thevarious factors existing in shipbreaking industry of our country which woulddeteriorate environmental quality are analysed in detail. These factors included thebiotic pollution which would have potential dangers, the discharge of the dirty oil-containing sewage and the gaseous contaminants including combustile and poison-ous gas, as well as industrial refuse. The principal suggested measures for compre-hensive controlling pollution of shipbreaking industry should be as follows: settingup and accomplishing the environmental management systems, improving the factorydistribution among various districts through general plan establishing special agen-cies for compartment wash and dirty oil-containing sewage treatment, makingpopular of various techniques for pollution controlling, and enforcing the imposi-tion of the fine for a discharge of supernormal emission limit.更多还原
