【Abstract】 Thin layer chromatography（TLC） is a kind of rapid analytical method for pesticide residue. This paper discusses the determination of the dimethoate residue in vegetables., fruits, soil and water. This study includes the sensitivity, recovery, accuracy and precision of the TLC. With the help of colour reaction the results are as follows: Sensitivity: 10^-7～10^-8g; Detection limit: 3×10^-2～3×10^-3ppm; Recovery: for most samples over 90%; Deviation: under 7%. It proves that TLC is suitable for pesticide residue determination.更多还原
