四探头时间微分扰动角关联谱仪
Four-detector time differential perturbed angular correlation spectrometer
【摘要】 为提高实验效率、精度和可靠性,将转动三探头谱仪改建为四探头时间微分扰动角关联谱仪。新建谱仪的时间分辨好于1.5ns,微分非线性好于±2.5%,长期工作稳定性好,而且具有符合效率高、测量与探测器效率独立等优点。本谱仪已用于四极相互作用、材料结构和相变研究,取得较好结果。
【Abstract】 A four-detector time differential perturbed angular correlation spectrometer is built based on the original rotating three-detector spectrometer in order to improve the accuracy and reliability of the measurement and to increase the coincidence efficiency. The spectrometer possesses the advantages of high coincidence efficiency, good differential non-linearity and independence of the measurement upon detector efficiencies. It has a time resolution better than 1.5 ns, a differential non-linearity of less than ±2.5% and a good stability for a long time operation. The spectrometer has been used in the study of quadrupole interaction and the study of structure and phase transition in materials. Satisfactory results have been obtained.
