医用肠线γ射线灭菌新工艺研究

【摘要】 <正> 利用射线杀菌新技术在世界各国发展很快,目前有近70家医药用品消毒工厂。预计发达国家八十年代辐射消毒将成为主要的消毒方法,占整个消毒量的60%以上。一些发展中国家和地区也非常重视这种新技术。但在我国医用肠线的生产还是应用油浴灭菌法。此法劳动强度大、能源消耗多、生产周期长。为改变这种状况,我们研究了应用γ射线灭菌的新工艺。核辐射消毒法的优点是:1.杀菌消毒彻底。γ射线具有很强的穿透力,在一定条件下能杀死各种微生物。2.可以在常温下消毒,是有效的冷杀菌方法,特别适用于热敏材料,如生物制品、塑料制品等。3.不破坏包装,消毒用品可长期保存,用前不必再消毒,随时都可使用。4.处理速度快,操作简便,可连续作业。

【Abstract】 The sterilization with y-rays for medical catgut sutures, which were traditionally sterilized by the method of oil-bath, was described. It was shown that the medical catgut sutures were completely sterilized with the dose of 20 kGy. The qualities of the catgut sutures sterilized by y-rays were much better than that by oil-bath. For example, the catgut sutures had an increase of 14.57% in tensile strength and felt more soft. The processing period of the technology was three or five days shorter than that of the old one. By eliminating the three old processing procedures of drying, sampling and oilbathing, the radiation sterilization achieved an increase in the rate of finished products and a reduction in production cost.
