晶态合金Fe79Si7B14、Fe83Si4B10C3结构弛豫的穆斯堡尔效应研究
Study of the structural relaxation in amorphous alloys Fe79Si7B14and Fe83Si4 B10C3 by Mossbauer effect
【摘要】 本文应用示差热分析和穆斯堡尔谱学方法,对非晶态合金Fe79Si7B14和Fe83Si4B10C3的结构弛豫过程进行了实验研究,认为其结构弛豫过程包括拓扑短程序弛豫、化学短程序弛豫和基体金属相形核长大三种形式的结构变化。
【Abstract】 The structural relaxation process of amorphous alloys Fe79Si7B14 and Fe833Si4B10C3 have been investigated by differential thermal analysis and Mossbauer technique. The experimental results obtained show that the structural relaxation associates with topographical short range ordering, chemical short range ordering and nucleation growth of base metal phase, relatively, in different temperature region.
