【Abstract】 The design of a high resolution (ΔE/E<±1.9 ×10-4) electrostatic analyzer with ?mean radius of 800mm is described. Its characteristic of structure, performance, installation, preliminary tests and application in the atomic collision study are discussed. An on-line control system of the electrostatic analyzer using an apple Ⅱ2+ microcomputer based voltage will be introduced briefly.更多还原
