碱性染料杂多酸多元络合物显色反应的研究—乙基紫光度法测定痕量砷

【摘要】 本文研究在聚乙烯醇存在下,乙基紫和砷钼杂多酸显色反应及光度测定条件。制订了水样和Na2SO4试剂中测定痕量砷的光度法,操作较简便,准确度和灵敏度较高,砷的检测下限分别达2ppb(水)和40ppb(Na2SO4)。

【Abstract】 In the presence of polyvinyl alcohol, spectrophotometric determination of arsenic with an ion pair of ethyl violet and arsenomolybdic acid has been studied. The ion-association exhibits maximum absorption at 550nm, the apparent molar absorptivity is 2.3×105l.mol-1.cm-1. The calibration curve is linear for 0 to 4.5μg of As/25ml. The constituent of the ion-association is established as EV+:[AsMo10O40]3- =3:1. After separation and concentration by hydride generation, arsenic in water and sodium sulfate can be determined at ppb level by the proposed method wit with satisfactory results.
