河水中锌背景浓度的分析方法研究

【摘要】 研究了用悬汞电极测定河水中背景浓度锌的各种条件,选用pH为3.5—4.0的0.1MNaAc作底液,沉积电位控制在-1.20V—-1.25V,扫描增量用4mV,脉冲高度为50mV,可得到分辨率好,灵敏度较高的锌溶出蜂。在10-9g/ml—10-7g/ml之间有良好的线性关系,测定天然水中10-9g/ml水平锌,只须沉积30—90s,基本无干扰,该方法的精确度符合分析质控要求。它适用于环境水样中锌的分析,用本法测定了湘江水系和京津地区河流100多个水样中锌的背景值,结果良好。

【Abstract】 Several experimental conditions of DPASV with hanging mercury drop electrode for the determination of background values of zinc in water body have been studied. The optimum conditions selected are: (1) 0.1M NaAc buffer solution of pH 3.5-4.5 as a supporting electrolyce, (2) the depoited potential controlled in the range -1.20 to -1.25V, (3) a scan increment of 4mV being applied, and ( 4 ) the pulse height being 50mV.Under the above conditions, well-discriminated and heighly sensitive peaks of zinc were obtained. Liner relationship of zinc concentrations was observed over the range 10-9-10-7g/ml. Zinc at 10-9g/ml in natural water was deposited within only 30-90 seconds and no interference is observed on the whole. The accuracy and precision of the method fit with the demands of analytical quality control.The proposed method is suitable for the determination of zinc content in environmental water samples. It has been applied to the determination of zinc in over one hundred water samples from the Xiangjiang River and the rivers in Beijing and Tianjin areas with good results.
