水坡升船机电力拖动问题的初步探讨

【摘要】 水坡升船机是一种新型高坝通航设施。它具有过船不耗水的优点,因而有利于水资源的综合利用,本文对水坡升船机的电力拖动问题进行了初步探讨,并结合壶口水坡升船机的初步设计,经过对几种基本电机的分析研究,提出了异步电机拖动方案。电机驱动轮的同步方法和下坡时的能量回收装置是推板机电气设计的关键。用“可控硅逆变器组成的电轴系统”的理论同时解决这两个问题,其实际设备并不复杂。文章还提出在水坡推板机上利用“定子绕组和转子绕组并联的感应发电机”回收能量的展望。

【Abstract】 The ship lift on water-slope is one of the improved navigation installations for high dams.When the lift runs well,it almost consumes no water,therefore,it is of benefit to multipurpose water utilization.An approach to electric traction of ship lifts on the water-slope is suggested. After the study of some characteristics of certain electrical machines,the three-phase asynchronous motor with slip rings is suggested for the traction, consentaneous with the preliminary design of the ship lift on Hu-Kou water-slope.The synchronous motor-driven wheels and the energy recovering device on the way down are key problems in the electric design of the self-motoring shield machine.In practice,the two problems can be solved on the basis of the theory of“electric axle systems composed of SCR inverters”.Finally,an idea of energy recovering with“an induction generator with both stator and rotor windings connected in parallel”is presented.
