3m×5m机械振动台的研制
Development of 3m×5m Synchro-Mechanical Vibrating Table
【摘要】 本文首先介绍研制3m×5m机械振动台的目的,振动台的设计原理.据此提出振动台面为钢板与钢筋混凝士混合式空腹结构.台面由滚珠轴承支撑.基础为混凝土整基.为隔振,在基础四周开挖2m深沟.为保证振动台工作性能,在台顶面与侧面用滚珠轴承限位.振源采用两台离心式同步起振机.振动台可以作水平谐振和扭振.(根据性能试验,振动台的设计是良好的).台面振动工作频率是0.5-25Hz,最大出力是80kN,最大负荷10×10~3kg自重7×10~kg,满荷时最大加速度是0.5g.最后,总结了本振动台研制中若干问题.
【Abstract】 Purpose and Principle of design 3m×5m mechanial vibrating table is described. Composite hollow structure of steel plate and reinforced concrete is provided for the table. Ball bearings were used for supporting. The foundation is single concrete block, with 2m deep trench around it. to absorb shocks. Ball bearings as displacement controlling devices were installed on top and sides of the table. Vibration is generated with two sets of TQJ—4 sychronous centrifugal exciters. The vibrating table may perform horizontal and torsional harmonic vibrations. The function tests show that the design of the vibrating table is satisfactory. The vibration frequency is 0.5—25Hz , maximum exciting force 80kN, maximum load 10×10~3kg, self weight 7×10~3kg Maximum acceleration is 0.5g at full load running. Problems in manufacture are discussed.
