计算机模拟计算γ谱与ADC道剖面的关系
Computer Simultative Calculation of the Relationship between γ and Channel Profile of ADC
【摘要】 本文讨论γ能谱的测量精度与ADC道剖面的关系,讨论了五种典型的道剖面,其中两种是威金逊型和逐次近似型。实验数据(道计数)是道剖面与输入谱函数积的积分。用最小二乘法得到ADC的输出参数,对于单峰和强本底下的弱峰,给出了输出参数的偏差。此外,还分析了双峰中的现象,并提出了一个新的微分非线性规定方法的建议。
【Abstract】 This paper, discusses the relationship between measarement accuracy of gamma-ray pulse height spectra and channel profiles of analog-to-digital converters, ADCs. Five types of typical channel profiles are discussed. Experiment data, counts in channels, are obtained by integrating the products of an input pulse height distribution function and channel profile function being discussed. Output parameters of the spectrum are obtained by the use of the least square fitting technique. Some interesting and practical results are presented and a more practical definition of differential non-linearity is proposed.
