检验锗γ谱仪性能的实验方法

【摘要】 本文介绍了检验锗γ谱仪系统性能和选择合适的测量条件的实验方法。从实验上研究了锗γ谱测量中脉冲堆积、源位置、谱仪稳定性和峰估计方法等因素对测量结果的影响,估计了它们对测量不确定度的贡献。对两个谱仪系统,实验估计的测量峰净面积的不确定度分别为0.29%和0.34%;用一个152Eu点状γ标准源进行效率刻度,在244—1048keV能区内测量γ发射率的总不确定度分别为(2.0—3.5)%和(2.2—3.6)%(99.7%置信水平)。

【Abstract】 In this paper the experimental methods for testing the performance of Ge gamma-ray spectrometer system and selecting the appropriate measurement condition are described.The effect of pulse pile-up, source position, spectrometer stability and peak evaluation method on measurement results was studied experimentally.Their contribution to the uncertainty of measurement was also estimated. The estimated uncertainty of net peak areas is 0.29%and 0.34% (1σ) respectively for the two spectrometer systems. When the efficiency calibration is made with a 152Eu γ-ray standard point source, the total uncertainty for γ-ray emission rate is (2.0-3.5) %and (2.2-3.6) % (99. 7%confidence le-vel) respectively for the two systems in the energy region from 244 to 1048 keV.
