活性炭表面的冷等离子体改性

【摘要】 本文采用LWF—B型等离子低温灰化装置用空气冷等离子气氛处理活性炭表面,并通过SEM、XRD、ESCA、LRSS及比表面的测定研究了活性炭在处理前后表面性状的变化。实验结果表明,活性炭表面结构非常复杂,处理后活性炭孔隙结构发生了变化,比表面积增大,表面含氧基团增多。并对处理时间、功率及活性炭颗粒度的大小对处理结果的影响进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 In this paper the surface of actived-C was treated in air-cold plasma by a LWF-B low temperature-ashing plasma equipment and the change of actived-C surface characteristics before and after the treatment was investigated by the examination of SEM、XRD、ESCA、LRSS as well as the determination of specific surface area. The experimental results show that the surface structure of actived-C is very complicated,the porous structure of actived-C was changed through the treatment, specific surface area was widen, surface oxygen-bearing groups were increased. The effect of treatment time power efficiency and the size of actived-C particle on treatment result was discussed
