三元乙丙硫化胶中无机填料与橡胶相互作用的研究

【摘要】 本工作通过溶胀法,应用Lorenz的Qf/Qg=ae-z+b方程,测定分析了多种无机填料(白炭黑、碳酸钙、滑石粉、陶土)与三元乙丙橡胶的相互作用,以及相互作用与硫化胶物性的关系。用Vro/Vrf=ae-z+b方程可以定性地分析无机填料与三元乙丙橡胶之间的相互作用。偶联剂(南大-42)能不同程度地改变此相互作用的大小,硫化胶的定伸应力与此有相关性,但拉伸强度不能完全反映此相互作用的强弱。

【Abstract】 The interaction between inorganic filler and rubber in EPDM vulcani-zates is investigated by using swelling method based on Lorenz equation to determine the relationship between Vro/Vrf and e-2 according to the equation of Vro/Vrf= ae-(?) + b. The inorganic fillers studied are clay, CaCO3, silica, and talc powder, and the physical propeties of EPDM vulcanizates filled with these fillers are measured respectively. The results show that the filler-rubber interaction in the EPDM vulcanizates filled with clay, silica and talc powder is increased when a silane coupling agent is used. It is verified that the equation mentioned above can be used for a qualitative characterization of the interaction between inorganic filler and rubber in EPDM vulcanizates. The relationship between the filler-rubber interaction and the physical properties of the EPDW vulcanizates is also discussed.
