液体聚丁二烯的研制——Ⅱ.不同烷氧基碱金属对合成液体聚丁二烯的影响(下)

【摘要】 本工作以丁二烯为单体、二甲苯为溶剂兼作链转移剂、正丁基锂为引发剂、二乙醇二甲醚为添加剂,研究了不同烷氧基碱金属对聚合反应的影响。求出链转移次数(Nt)、链转移常数(Ctr)、链增长速度常数(kp)和链转移速度常数(ktr)的值,从而定量地判断出,在此体系中,Nt、Ctr和ktr遵循以下顺序:t-BuOK>>t-BuONa>t-BuOLi;聚合增长速度的顺序为:t-BuONa>t-BuOK>t-BuOLi。反应中Ctr、kp和ktr均随温度的升高而增大;对t-BuONa和t-BuOK两体系而言,ktr比kp随温度而变化的幅度大。
【Abstract】 The telomerization of butadiene was studied by using n-butyllithum/digly-coldimethylether/alkalimetal tert-butoxides as initiator system and xylene as solvent and chain transfer agent. The effect of various alkalimetal tert-butoxides on telomerization was investigated. The chain transfer number ( Nt ) , chain transfer constants ( Ctr ) , propagation rate constants ( kp ) , and chain transfer rate constants(ktr) were determined through experiments. It is found that Nt, Ctr, and ktr, change with alkali-metal tter-butoxides in the order of t-BuOK>>t-BuONa> t-BuOLi, and the telomerization rate changes with different alkalimetal ten- butoxides in the order of t-BuONa> t-BuOK>t-BuOLi. It is also found that Nt, Ctr, and ktr increase with increasing telomerization temperature and that, in both the t-BuONa and t-BuOK initiator systems,ktr increases more rapidly with increasing telo-merization temperature than kp does.
