氯丁二烯的乳液聚合
EMULSION POLYMERIZATION OF CHLOROPRENE
【摘要】 采用合成脂肪酸皂-松香酸皂复合乳化剂,以二硫化二异丙基黄原酸酯为调节剂,于40℃下进行了氯丁二烯乳聚研究。实验结果表明,合成脂肪酸皂与松香酸皂的最佳配合比为5—10/95—90。采用这一配合比的复合乳化剂,其聚合速度与歧化松香酸皂相一致。制得的氯丁硫化胶的物理机械性能为:拉伸强度20MPa,伸长率1000%,300%定伸强度 1.3MPa,永久变形11%,硬度(邵尔A型)49度。
【Abstract】 The emulsion polymerization of chloroprene at 40℃ with synthetic fatty acids (SFA)-rosinate soap(R)as emulcifier and diisopropyl xanthogene disulfide as regulator was studied.The experimental results show that , among many combinations examined . the combination of SFA: R=5-10:95-90 is the most optimum, which gives the same rate of polymerization as disproportionated rosinate soap and the chloroprene polymer obtained is a good elastomer.The physical and mechanical properties of polychloroprene vulcanizates are as follows. Tensile strength. 20 MPa: Elongation at break, 1000%; 300% modulus, 1.3MPa; Permanet set, 11%; Hardness, Shore A, 49.
