【摘要】 按照中国药典1985年版蕲蛇为蝰科动物五步蛇除去内脏的干燥体。近年在河北省的药村商品中,发现有游蛇科动物滑鼠蛇混入其中,充当蕲蛇。作者应用解剖、组织切片的方法,研究了蕲蛇与滑鼠蛇在形态组织上的鉴别特征。它们的主要区别在于:鳞片、体表花纹、牙齿、鼻骨的形态;椎骨的形态与组织特征。据此可以鉴别蕲蛇与滑鼠蛇的真伪。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia in 1985, the Chinese drug Qishe(蕲蛇) was composed of dried body of Agkistrodon acutus(Guenther), family Viperidae. In recent time, however, some other snakes, for example Huashushe(滑鼠蛇, Ptyas mucosus Linne) was found to be mixed in commerical drug in Hebei province. Some morphological and histological features of Agkistrodon acutus(Guenther) and Ptyas mucosus Linne has been studied by the methods of anatomy and histological section. In this paper, the result of study were reported. The differential features of Qishe and Huashushe lie chiefly in the form of scale, os nasal, tooth, stripe of body, morphological and histological characters of vertebra, etc. By these features mentioned above, Agkistrodorn acutus(Guenther) and Ptyas mucosus Linne may be differentiated.更多还原
