【摘要】 本文报道了羊心房钠尿因子的提取、部分纯化过程和生物学活性。结果表明:羊心房粗提物经超滤,Sephadex G-15、Sephadex G-75凝胶柱层析分离得到的部分纯化的羊心房提取物有较高的利尿钠尿活性。给麻醉大鼠静脉注射小剂量(350μg蛋白/Kg体重)部分纯化的羊心房提取物后,尿量,尿钠、尿钾分别增加2.17倍,4.95倍和0.81倍。这种利尿和钠尿效应与剂量有明显的依赖关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chemical extraction and purification procedures for sheep atrial natriuretic factor (ANF) were described. The partial purification was obtained after Sephadex G-15 and Sephadex G-75 gel filtration. By injecting the partial purified ANF of sheep atrium into rats, the urine volume, ths urinary sodium and potassium excretions were increased by 217%, 4S5% and 81%, respectively The above-mentioned effects were dose-dependent.更多还原
