【摘要】 正常妊娠妇女84名,胎龄在13～40周之间,羊水中GOT,GPT和ACP在整个妊娠过程中保持恒定。ALP活性曲线呈抛物线状,在13～16周和37～40周各出现一个高峰。HALP和L-PheALP随妊娠过程而增加,二者的动态改变是一致的,在妊娠后期未见显著增高。羊水GOT、GPT、ACP对判断胎儿成熟度无帮助,ALP、HALP和-LPheALP也不是好的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 84 cases of normal gestation for 13-40 weeks were studied. GOT, GPT, ACP, HALP and L-Phe ALP were estimated. It was found that activities of GOP, GPT and ACP remained unchanged during the whole pregnancy period,but ALP curve was parabolic with a peak appearing in 13-16 weeks and 37-40 weeks respectively. Activities of HALP and L-Phe ALP were increased with the duration of pregnancy, but no obvious elevation was found in the late period. However, both enzyme activities showed the same dynamic changes. It was considered that GOT, GPT and ACP in amniotic fluid may not be helpful in the assesment of fetal maturity and ALP, HALP and L-phe ALP as well.更多还原
