【摘要】 蜈蚣粉末的显微鉴别特征,主要为体壁碎片及表面观,外表面可见多角形网状纹理,其间散布小孔,呈双圈形,外径2.7～16μm。纸层析显了个斑点,R_f值为0.26、0.30、0.35、0.44、0.49、0.66、0.79。纸上电泳显7个斑点,泳动值为6.1、11.4、12.6、14.1、15.3、17.3、18.2(cm)。紫外光谱测定无明显吸收峰更多还原

【Abstract】 The powder features of the chinese crude drug "WU GONG" (centiped) were fragments of body wall. There are polygonal grains and round holes with external diameter of 2.7-16μm on the fragment. Seven spots of Rf value at 0.26,0.30,0.35, 0.44, 0.49 0.66, 0.79, were shown by paper-layer chromatography. After paper electrophoresis, it showed 7 spots of R.M. at 6.1, 11.4, 12.6, 14.1, 15.3, 17.3, 18.2(cm).Absorption peak was not shown by UV absorption spectrum.更多还原
