红斑性肢痛症肢体血流量及血液凝固性的变化
Alterations of Blood Fiow and Coagulation in Erythermalgia
【摘要】 对蒲圻车埠中学73例原发性红斑性肢痛症肢体血流量及血液凝固性的监测发现:①在疾病的早期,患肢小腿及足趾血流量增加,伴足背动脉搏动增强;在疾病的中晚期,患肢足趾血流量明显减少,伴足背动脉搏动明显减弱。②患者纤维蛋白原、抗凝血酶Ⅲ及纤维蛋白降解产物明显增高,提示凝血和抗凝血过程均增强;26例伴牙龈出血的患者,抗凝血酶Ⅲ与纤维蛋白原含量比值增大,凝血酶时间相对延长,表明这些患者抗凝血过程占优势,有出血倾向。上述变化的发生,似与温度骤降的过冷刺激、气温回升的复温效应及生物致病因子的作用有关。
【Abstract】 Blood flow of extremities and coagulation were detected in 73 patients with erythermalgia in Cheifu Middle Higher School, Puqi City, Hubei Province. It was found that: (1) At earlier Period of erythermalgia, the blood flow of involved legs and feet increased, with stronger arterial pulsations. In middle and late period of the condition, the blood flow of involved feet decreased significantly, with less strong arterial pulsations. (2) Activities of antithrombin Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ), quantities of fibrinogen and fibrin degradation Products(FDP) increased significantly, which revealed that both the activities of coagulation and anti-coagulation increased. The value of AT-Ⅲ/Fibrinogen was significantly higher in 26 Patients with bleeding of gum, and their thrombin time was relatively longer than that of those without bleeding of gum, which suggested that Patients with bleeding of gum have Perdominant anti-coagulation conditions, and so bleeding tendency exists in them.All the alterations described above seem to be associated with the actions of abnormal climate and biological agent.
