咸宁黑线姬鼠中流行性出血热病毒的分离与鉴定

【摘要】 从湖北咸宁黑线姬鼠中分离到一株 EHF 抗原因子,经系统的血清学鉴定,与多个单克隆抗体和抗血清起反应,排除了呼肠病毒Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型的污染,证实为 EHFV,并命名为 A24株。

【Abstract】 One strain A24 of virus was isolated from Apodemus agraius in the EHF areas of Xianning,Hubei province,by inoculation of IFA posritive against EHF antibody visceras suspension into the brain of 2～5 day-old suckling m-ice.The A24antigen was systematically identified as an EHFV by seroglogic,monoctooic antibody and blocking test.
