对实验性兔瘟病例的血清及组织中脂质过氧化物的分析

【摘要】 本实验以TBA比色测定了兔瘟血清、肝、肾及肺组织中脂质过氧化物(LPO)的浓度。结果表明兔瘟病毒可明显(P<0.01)增加家兔肝、肾及肺脏组织中LPO的水平。对照组与实验组LPO的平均水平分别为:肝110.27与521.54n mol(MDA)/g;肾111.47与199.51n mol(MDA)/g;肺82.96与148.00n mol(MDA)/g。家兔血清中LPO的水平在攻毒前后没有明显改变,分别为5.01n mol(MDA)/ml和5.30n mol(MDA)/ml。关键词:脂质过氧化物,兔瘟。

【Abstract】 The serum and concentration of lipopcroxide (LPO) in tissues of liver, Kidney and lungs of diseased rabbits were determined with TBA colorimctry. The results showed that the virus of the plague-diseased rabbits could significantly (P<0.01) increase the level of LPO in above mentioned tissues. The LPO level of check group and experimental group were respectively as follows: 110.27 and 521.54 n tool (MDA)/g in liver, 111.47 and 199, 51 n mol (MDA)/g in Kidmey, and 82.96 and 148.00 n mol (MDA)/g in lungs. The LPO level in serum of rabbits was not significantly varied before challenge.
