【Abstract】 The difference of wheat materials for anther culture directly affects the results of induction of pollen plants. Different parent vatieties, different ways of hybridization, and culture materials from different progenies, all affect the percentage of induction and seedling differentiation. Selecting F₁ anthers of Single crossing combinations as culture materials favours to increase inducing effrciency, and the F₁ anthers are better than the F₂ ones.更多还原
