小麦杂种优势表现及其与亲本的相关性
HETEROSIS EXPRESSION IN WHEAT AND THE RELATIVITY WITH PARENTS
【摘要】 小麦品种间杂种一代具有明显优势,不同性状的杂种一代优势程度有差异,据观测的七个经济状性的优势表现,除穗长、千粒重的优势显著程度显著水准外,其它性状如株高、结实小穗数、每穗粒数、小穗粒数、穗粒重等均达极显著水准。各性状的杂种一代优势表现与其双亲平均值密切相关,尤其注意大值亲本的作用,杂种一代值明显表现为倾大值及超大值亲本。因此,正确选配大值亲本对获得强优势组合具有重要意义。通过回归方程,可以双亲平均值及大值亲本值预测杂种一代优势值。
【Abstract】 Among wheat varieties, hybrids F1 have obvious heterosis. Their heterosis degree in various characters is different. According to observation on heterosis conditions of seven economic characters, we can find that except to spike length and weight of 1000 grains being at significant level, the other characters such as plant height, number of pbearing, sikelets, seed number per spike and spikelet, grain weight per spike, all being at high significant level. The heterosis of hybrids F1 in various characters appeared to be closely related to their parental average values, so we should pay special attentions to the contributions from large-value parent. The values of hybrids F1 obviously approach that of the iarge-value and utmost-value parents. Therefore, it is important to select correctly the large-value parents for getting strong heterosis combinations. Using the regression equation, we can forecast the value of F1 heterosis from the parental average value and the large-value.
