【摘要】 对某厂39种陶瓷机械3176种零件进行信息统计及制造信息的分析,提供了零件类别、尺寸、精度、材料、毛坯、热处理等方面的定量性资料,为编码系统的评价修改;零件组的划分,设备改造,企业管理等提供许多重要依据。并借助统计分析及调查的结果,对某厂实施成组技术中若干问题提出我们粗浅的看法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper gives a review and analysis of the data on a factory’s 39 types of ceramic machines and their 3176 kinds of parts. It provides quantitative information about the classes, sizes, blanks of these parts and about their necessary precision, thus furnishing the important basis for evaluating and revising the parts classification system, for the differentiation of parts groups, the equipment modification and effective administration. In the light of those analyses and investigation, some superficial remarks on the group technology at that faotory also are put forward.更多还原
