微分负阻双口器件实现定理补遗
Addendum to NDR Two-Port Realization Theorems
【摘要】 本文将文献[4]中关于微分负阻双口的实现理论进一步发展为基于节点分裂法的两个实现定理。迄今为止的有关实现定理均可作为其特例而囊括其中。据此,推演出若干示例性的用电压或电流作为控制最的S型及N型微分负阻器件。由于这类器件结构简单,负阻特性又灵活多变而便于控制调节,可以预料其广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The NDR (negative differential resistance) two-port realization theory reported recently in reference[4] is extended to two realization theorems based on node-splitting method in this Paper. All relevant realization theorems reported recently are embraced in these two theorems. Some sample voltage/current-controlled S/N-type NDR devices are presented. As such circuits are simple and their v-i curves are versatile and easy to control, practical applications are expected.
