【摘要】 <正> 漩门湾二期围垦工程是浙江省东南沿海的玉环县漩门湾海涂围垦计划的一项延续工程。整个围垦工程计划分三期进行,总围垦面积为14万亩,占玉环县海涂资源(约17万亩)的82％。历史上该地区虽有分散的海涂围垦活动,但是大规模的海涂围垦是从漩门湾一期工程开始的,最初制定漩门湾海涂围垦计划时,由于受单一农业经济思想的影响,围垦总目的都是为了增加耕地,蓄水解决农田水利问题(围垦、蓄淡)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The project area is in Yuhuan county of Zhejiang province, South- eastern China. After the Xuanmen dam connecting Yuhuan Island and Chumen Peni- nsula finished in 1977, the second part of Xuanmen Bay reclamation Pro- ject was proposed in 1979. But because of dispute among local communities, the project has not been carried out yet. Recently, with the increasing requirement of water resource due to local economic development, the project has been taken into consideration again. The proposed project will change 3/5 of the 37.52km~2 reclamation area from intertidal mudflat to agricultural land and convert remaining water area into a fresh water reservoir. The possible adverse effects on neigh- bouring seedling bed of commercial bivalve Sinonovacula constricta (Lama- rck), and the water quality manegement of the planning reservoir should be studied.
