【Abstract】 Thirty healthy adult rabbits were evenly devided into 6 groups at random. Each animal,1.5cm of the distal end of both radii were excised and immersed in the following solutions 30 minutes to devitalize.Rabbit No.1 in each group immersed in 0.25% methotrexate,while No.2 in 0.1% cyclophosphamide,No.3 in 0.1%brom-geramine,No.4 in 95% alcohol,and No.5 in normal saline for control.4 drops of 2% methylene blue were added to each of the above solutions as tracer.After devitation,except group 1,the others were replanted in situs.According to the group No.2-6,the animals were killed at 3rd,7,14,21,and 30 day after replantation.All the replanted and un- replanted radii were examined histologically to compare the degree of normal bone cells damaged by the chemicals.We found 95% alc.did less damage,and beleived it is a better chemical in devitalized bone replantation at present.更多还原
