【摘要】 对四川乐山、贵州独山和福建建阳地区的周期型马来丝虫微丝蚴各200条,采用乙酸一地衣红染色压片法进行头隙至神经环间体核数的比较。结果三地区微丝蚴的体核数彼此间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。三地区微丝蚴的体核均数与 Tada 等以同法用朝鲜的周期型马来丝虫微丝蚴的实验结果比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore whether there exists specific differentiation of periodic Brugia malayi in different geographic regions of China,the nuclear numbers between the cephalic space and the nerve ring in periodic Microfilaria malayi from Leshan,Sichuan;Dushan,Guizhou and Jianyan,Fujian(L,D,J strains) were compared.For the counting of nuclei,aceto-orcein-stained squashing preparations were used.The average nuclear numbers of L,D and J strains were 78.84,79.57 and 79.02 respectively,there were no statistically signfi- cant differences in the nuclear numbers(P>0.05),but the mean number of nuclei of three strains observed as compared with Tada’s(1981)experiment, using the same method and the periodic B.malayi of Korea strain,the former was 79.14 and the latter was 92.76,showed significant statistical difference (P<0.01).This suggested that the differences seemed to be concerned with the geographic distance.The Microfilaria malayi of the three strains might be close in geographic distances to form significant differences.更多还原
