镍矿接镍作业生物学监测指标的探讨

【摘要】 本文目的乃在于探讨尿镍或发镍作为生物学监测指标哪个更合适。随机选取某镍矿冶炼车间工人25名为对象,用个体采样器采样测定其接触空气镍的水平,并测定尿镍与发镍含量,调查其接镍作业时间和吸烟与否。用Z-80微机进行了5个变量间的偏相关分析和逐步回归分析。结果表明,尿镍浓度与空气镍接触水平有相关趋势,发镍与目前空气镍接触水平关系不大,尿镍、发镍含量均与接镍作业时间、是否吸烟无明显关系。

【Abstract】 The purpose of present paper is to clarify which is more appropriate index, nickel in urine or in hair, for biological monitoring. 25 workers were randomly selected as subjects to be examined.They worked in smeltery in a nickel mine.Personal samplers were used to measure their exposure to airborne nickel. The nickel contents in urine and in hair were determined. The duration of exposure to nickel and their smoking habit were recorded. By means of Z-80 microcomputer partial correlation and stepwise regression analysis were provided for the five variables. The results suggested that there existed a correlation between the nickel concentration in urine and the exposure level to airborne nickel, while correlation between the nickel content in hair and the exposure level to airborne nickel in current condition was rather poor. And neither nickel content in urine nor its content in hair showed associations with the duration of exposure to nickel or smoking habit.
