职业铅接触效应关系
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURE OF LEAD AND IT’S EFFECTS
【摘要】 调查了217名铅接触工人和68名对照者。高、中、低接触组和对照组的空气铅浓度(TWA)分别为0.164、0.031、0.010、和0.0018mg/m~3。接触组的症状计分、血铅、尿铅和卟啉代谢产物水平(如血锌卟啉、游离原卟啉、尿δ-氨基酮戊酸、粪卟啉)皆显著升高,并呈接触效应关系。锌卟啉和游离原卟啉与空气铅,血铅和尿铅较其它指标关系密切,提示可作为生物监测的替代指标。女工的铅效应较男工严重,表明其对铅毒性较男工敏感。
【Abstract】 217 lead-exposed workers and 68 controls were investigated. The air lead concentrations (TWA) were 0.164, 0.031 and 0.010mg/m3 for the high, middle and low exposed groups and 0.0018mg/m3 for the control. Symptom scores and the levels of blood lead, urine lead and metabolites of porphyrin(such as ZPP, FEP, ALA, CP) were all significantly increased among the exposed groups, and there was a relationship between occupational exposure and effects. ZPP and FEP showed better correlation to PbA, PbB and PbU than the rest of indicators. It might suggest that they could be taken as alternative indicators in biological monitoring. The effects caused by lead in female workers were more serious than in male, showing that females were more sensitive to lead toxicity than males.
