【摘要】 本文叙述了由三种原料制备ρ-Al₂O₃的工艺条件,用X射线衍射分析、岩相分析及差热分析鉴定ρ-Al₂O₃的方法,比较了ρ-Al₂O₃结合浇注料与纯铝酸钙水泥结合浇注料的性能,根据试验结果评价了ρ-Al₂O₃结合浇注料这一优异的不定形耐火材料在工业生产上应用的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,process conditions for preparing ρ-Al₂O₃ from three kinds of raw materials and methods of X-ray, microscope and DTA for identifing ρ-Al₂O₃ are described. Characteristics of castable refractories bonded with ρ-Al₂O₃ and that with pure aluminate cement are compared. Feasibility of ρ-Al₂O₃ binder for castable refractories with excellent characteristics using in industry is evaluated.更多还原
