硅酸盐玻璃中Zn、Cd、Sr、Pb、Ba二价离子的扩散
DIFFUSION OF Zn, Cd, Sr, Pb,Ba DIVALENT CATIONS IN SILICATE GLASSES
【摘要】 本文研究了zn、Cd、Sr、Pb、Ba两价离子在580—640℃下由卤化物和硝酸盐到Na2O-Al2O3-CaO-SiO2玻璃中的扩散。这些离子在玻璃表面的扩散浓度由离子探针测定。结果表明二价离子的扩散系数(D)、频率因子(D0)和活化能(E)与其离子半径有关。扩散系数随离子半径的增加而减少,排列成Dzn>Dcd>Dsr>DPb>DBa,但二价离子的活化能和频率因子随离子半径的增加而增加。本文还讨论了离子场强和极化对扩散的影响。
【Abstract】 Diffusion of Zn, Cd, Sr, Pb, Ba divalent cations from the molten halide or nitrate salts into soda-alumina-lime-silica glass was investigated at 580—640℃. The diffusion concentration of these divalent cations in the glass surface was obtained by ion microprobe analysis. The results show that the diffusion coefficients (D), frequency factor (Do) and activation energy (E) of divalent cations depend on the radii of ion. Diffusion coefficient decreases with the increase of radii of ion, and the diffusion coefficients of different cations are arranged as Dzn>Dcd>DSr>Dpb>DBa·But diffusion active energy and frequency factor of divalent cations increase with the inerease of radii of ion. The influence of ionic field strength and polarization on diffusion behavior is also discussed.
