【摘要】 本文着重研究了低分子硅酸聚合体三甲基硅烷化产物在气相色谱中的定性和定量特性。通过与标准物对照及GLC-MS分析,确定了单聚、二聚、环四聚、链三聚在色谱中的保留值,用实验方法测定了单硅酯和二硅酯的氢火焰离子化检测器FID摩尔响应值,认为Garzó提出的无标样硅酯响应值的估计方法,存在一定的疑问,故重新提出和论证硅酯类物质的FID响应值应与其分子中三甲基硅基数成线性关系,并用实验数据和Garzó的实验数据作了分析和证实。

【Abstract】 In this paper, emphasis has been laid on study of the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the trimethylsilylation(TMS) derivatives from some silicate polymer of low molecular weight, using gas liquid chiomatography(OLC). The GLC retention values of monomer, dimer, cyclotetramer and linear-trimer are determined, partly in comparison with standard substance, partly by gas liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(GLC-MS), or both. The FID molar response factors of mono-, di-silicate esters were determined by experiments. It is believed that there are some problems in the estimation of response factors(RF) of silicate esters by Garz(?)’s method not using standard substances. Linear relationship between numbers of (CH33Si- and FlD RF of silicate esters is proposed and proved by the experimental data of both author and Garz(?).
