短谐振腔准分子激光输出的脉冲特性研究
The investigation of the output pulses properties of short oscillating cavity excimer laser
【摘要】 用腔长为7.5cm~20cm的紫外光预电离Blumlein横向放电泵浦XeCl准分子激光器可产生半宽为1.8ns~5ns的短脉冲输出。速率方程的计算机模拟所给出的激光振荡初始尖峰和实验结果做了比较。
【Abstract】 The UV light preionized, Blumlein transversely discharge pumped XeCl excimer laser with cavity lengths of 7.5 cm, 20 cm can produce short laser pulses output with FWHM 1.8ns,5ns.The laser oscillatios initial spiking given by the computer simulation of the rate equation is used to compare the experimental results.
