络合吸收法分离、提纯一氧化碳——-过程开发与模拟

【摘要】 本文从过程开发的观点,详细地分析了络合吸收法分离、提纯一氧化碳过程的物理化学原理、流程和数学模型。根据伴有化学反应的传质理论,推导了络合吸收和解吸过程的增强因子表达式。在此基础上,计算了吸收塔和解吸塔的填料层高度以及沿塔的气液相浓度和温度分布。与中试的实测数据比较,结果是满意的。

【Abstract】 A detailed analysis has been made on the physico-chemical principles, technological process, flow sheet as well as mathematical models of separation and purification process of carbon monooxide by using the complex absorbent. On the basis of the theory of mass transfer with chemical reaction, the expression of enhancemeat factor of complex absorption and desorption are deduced. By using the mathematical model proposed, the temperature and concentration profiles as well as height of packed column are then computed. The results agree satisfactorily with the data determined from the pilot plant.
