微量Mg对 Ni-2.5%Be合金组织、性能和热处理制度的影响

【摘要】 作者用光学及电子金相法和机械性能测试法研究了微量(0.1wt%)Mg 对Ni-2.5wt%Be 合金组织、性能和热处理制度的影响。结果表明,在Ni-2.5wt%Be 合金中添加0.1 wt%Mg 能显著抑制合金在热处理过程中的晶粒长大倾向及晶界不连续析出,提高时效强化效果。其最佳热处理制度为1090°±10℃/5~10分,水冷+500%/1~2小时,空冷。经此制度处理后,Ni-2.5%Be-0.1%Mg 合金的强度比不含Mg 的Ni-2.5%Be 合金的峰值时效强度高137 MPa(σb=1726 MPa,σ0.2=1393 MPa,HV=6276 MPa(640kgf/mm2),δ=4.4%,E=203902 MPa).

【Abstract】 The influence of frace Mg on the structure,properties and heat treatment regimeof alloy Ni-2.5 wt%Be has been investigated by means of light and TEM metallographic examina-tions and mechanical properties tests.The results show that addition of frace(0.1 wt%)Mg inthe alloy Ni-2.5 wt% Be can substantially depress the coagulaling tendency of grains and grainboundary reaction in the process of heat treatment.The optimum heat treatment regime of alloyNi-2.5 wt%Be-0.1 wt%Mg is 1090±10°/5~10 m.,water quenching,then 500℃/1~2 h air cooling.By which alloy obtains the following mechanical properties:σb=1726 MPa,σ0.2=1393 MPa,σ=4.4%,HV=6276 MPa(640 kgf/mm2),E=203902 MPa,i.e.,the strenth of alloy is raised 137 MPain comparison with the alloy without Mg.
