【Abstract】 Two methods of measuring depolarization ratio of Raman scattering are proposed and were used to measure the polarized Raman spectrum of membrane lipid molecule DPPA. According to the values of depolarization ratio, the vibration modes could be grouped into three types, symmetric, partly symmetric, and nonsymmetric vibrations. An identification of the vibration modes is roughly discussed.更多还原
