用圆环裂纹圆柱拉伸试样测KⅠC的等价能量法

【摘要】 本文将威特(Witt)等用紧凑拉伸试样测KIc的等价能量法用于圆环裂纹圆柱拉伸试样.用与紧凑拉伸试样的尺寸参数(D=B)相等的圆棒试样,可以测得更接近有效的KIc值.实验证明这一推广是可行的.文中将威特提出的一些规律和假定,作了补充证明.

【Abstract】 In this paper the equivalent energy method for measuring KIC. which was applied to compact tension specimens by Witt, F. J. et al., is now applied to cylindrical specimens with ring-shaped crack. The KIC value nearer to effectove can be obtained by the parameter of size D that is equal to the parameter of size B of the compact tension specimen. This extension is verified by experiment. The laws and suppositions advanced by Witt, F. J. in the equivalent energy method are further proyed in this paper.
