【Abstract】 Based on the model and pilot tests carried out on the settler of inclined plate type fitted with deflectors, this paper has studied the principles of dynamic separation and the rules of settling separation of the device. A mathematical model for the separation rules has been presented and a relationship between the ballance concentration and the residual turbidity in static sedimentation established. Methods for solving the problems which may be encountered in practice are also discussed.更多还原
